First Craven Sanitary District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.

Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction.

On-Line Bill Pay

In our efforts to better serve you, we now accept all major credit cards - Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Xpress. 

INVOICE CLOUD:  Invoice cloud will allow you to see your bill, create an online account, set up automatic payments, sign up for paperless billing, and email reminders.

HEARTLAND:  To pay your bill online with Heartland, you will need to know your account number and the current amount due. 

Payments will be posted to your account within 1 to 3 business days. .

Please note there is a convenience fee for these services. 

 

Payment by Phone

To pay your bill over the phone, please call our toll free number at 855-335-1835 Safe-Secure-Simple.  Before calling, please have your account number ready.  Payments will be posted to your account within 1 to 3 business days.

     When paying bill online or by phone, all past due balances must be posted by 5pm on the 15th of that month.   See attached policy below at the bottom of this page for details.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment stub.  If your bill has been misplaced, please be sure to provide the correct name, address, and account number with your payment.

 

Automatic Bank Draft

With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your checking account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, please stop by our office for more detail. 

 

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday. We accept cash, check, or money orders.  We have a night drop box for payments after hours.

 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to twenty business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
