To estabish service, please come by our office to fill out the Service Application. All new customers will be charged a $25.00 non-refundable Application fee. Renters and other non-property owners will be charged an additional $75.00 Deposit upon application (for a total of $100.00).
If you are unable to stop by our office during business hours, you may return the Service Application (attached below) along with payment by mail to

Once the Fee and Application are recieved, service will be established.
If you are needing a new water tap installation, in addition to filling out the Service Application and Application Fee, a Tap-On Fee will be charged.
